AerobiKicK 200X is a cardio-kickboxing fitness program that implements strength, endurance, timing, and rhythm training, to achieve total body results. AerobiKicK works the entire body and strengthens all major muscle groups while speeding up metabolism for several hours after each class. Flexibility and aerobic fitness is improved and stress is relieved. Muscle group isolation, mentally challenging technique, and the vigorous pace assure a tremendous fitness program for beginners through world-class athletes. AerobiKicK was created to offer an affordable, well rounded, and modern fitness program for all.

Class begins with expert fundamental training for warm-up, then kicks it up a notch with AerobiKicK fat burning, and cools down with stretch and breathing exercises for increased flexibility.

AerobiKicK is a self-paced fitness class. When beginners first join, they are urged to walk in place when the pace becomes too fast, and then join in when they can. Each student will complete extensive fundamental training to master the basics. Only when a student masters the basics can he/she accommodate the requirements of advanced technique. Cardiovascular fitness is maximized!

Chief Instructor David McLaughlin was inducted into the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame, by the International Martial Arts Headfounders Grandmasters Council. Mr. McLaughlin is positively uplifting and exploding with incredible energy. He trained several years with World Martial Arts Champion and "Tae-Bo" fitness guru Billy Blanks. He received his Taekwondo Black Belt from Billy Blanks, and was also a performer in Blanks' "Flying Tigers" demonstration team which toured the Great Lakes region, including Canada. He is the Chief Instructor at "McLaughlin's Taekwondo of Texas", and continuously trains for Black Belt promotion.

Today's American society tends to pursue instant gratification. AerobiKicK neither encourages nor supports this preposterous need. Each AerobiKicK student must complete extensive fundamental training to master the basics, which assures the strengthening of the MIND and BODY. Once a student masters the basics, their ability to accommodate the requirements of advanced technique is achieved. This mastery is accomplished through vigorous repetition of technique which assures the strengthening of the SPIRIT. Cardiovascular fitness is as much a part of martial arts as the chop, lunge punch, or side kick. Through rigorously repetitious punching, kicking, and blocking, cardiovascular fitness is maximized. Total BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT fitness is the target objective of AerobiKicK 200X.
